RELATED IDEAS

Enabled SSL communication within IBM Manage.

The requirement is to provide a client key/certificate for outgoing https integration, essentially calling a client API endpoint with client cert based auth. This is needed in both manage and facilities. In liberty we could add some line in server.xml and create a separate keystore to achieve this. In manage we could put those additional lines using server-custom.xml, but we need to know official way to add the keystore. In Facilities also need to know the official way.
This will become critical soon as more customers having this setup are migrating to MAS environment.

Client is using this in EAM 7613 via Dynamic outbound endpoint SSL configurations in WebSphere 8.5.x/9.x

This is already supported in Liberty and needs to be made available in IBM Manage for easy setup

    Sounds like we need to support mTLS for outbound integrations
