Enable Password Expiration Warning Messages at Login

Description: I would like to request a feature that displays a warning message upon login, notifying users of how many days remain before their password expires.

Context/Background: In Maximo 7.6, this functionality is already available via: Security Groups application > Select Action > Security Controls > Login Tracking section.

By setting a value (e.g., "30") in the field "Number of Days to Warn User Before Password Expires", the system displays a warning message every time the user logs in during that 30-day window.

Reason for Request: This feature is essential for helping users proactively manage their credentials and prevents sudden lockouts, which reduces the workload for system administrators. I would like to see this behavior maintained/implemented to ensure a smooth user experience.
