Have a different colour for each environment. Prod can stay black. Dev can be blue and test can be green.

I work with multiple clients. All of them tell me the same thing: having all environments look exactly the same is regularly causing errors. Test records created accidentally in production. Test Purchase Order's being accidentally created in Production being sent to suppliers.

It is a one line change to the CSS to colour the environments different. If you don't want to use standard colours you could allow the client to pick.

I would save a lot of problems. It would be very well received by MAAS clients.

    Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. Unfortunately, after evaluating this idea, we don’t believe it aligns with our product strategy and roadmap. Therefore, we will not be considering it for inclusion in our product at this time. Thank you again for your feedback.

As stated above, there is a way to configure the colors of different environments through changes to the CSS.

This is already implemented. You can add style changes to the MAS environment
