Inspection Form App should allow for a read-only version of the Text Field response as either a Label or Notification Response

There is a need to use conditional notifications based on the selection of specific values on Inspection Form reponses. Currently you have to use the Text Field which is editable but a read-only version of this field would be ideal to provide valuable notifications to the end user when selecting specific values in other responses on the Inspection Form.

    A craftsman is walking a segment of high voltage rail and has selected a value that the asset needs repair on a multi select response. Based on the selection value of REPAIR, a read only text response (label) should be made visible (Inspection Condition) to the end user that provides reminders of safety while working on the hazard.

    Thanks for the feedback. Can you elaborate more about the point on having a readonly response? Which is the use case? Type of the response you're collecting and what's expected to be presented to the end user as a feedback?
