Maximo Asset Health - Threshold filter is not saved on Queries

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION 
The search in a New Query with filter for "Threshold" does not save that attribute and yet others like Site filters are saved.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Assets -> Assets & Locations (Maximo Asset Health and Predict)
Filter 
Available attributes for example Failure class, Site, Type, Threshold
Add Site = BEDFORD, Threshold-> Create Threshold for MTBF=5 hours, Save
Save as New View

RESULTS: The view is saved however the filter for Threshold no longer appears

EXPECTED RESULT: The view should remain with a filter for Threshold

We did a review on save view functionality and threshold option given in Filter panel.

TS020211882 - The Threshold functionality work this way today, threshold hours just indicates which assets are meeting the threshold (Higher MTBF value then the Threshold value) and which assets don’t. Based on that the Engineer can take actions on the assets not meeting the threshold which have greater cost impact. That being said, It does not really filter the asset unlike other filters available today in the filter drawer like site Id, Type and failure class. Therefore it is not getting saved in the view like other filter and search queries. Hence, we acknowledge that the placement of threshold inside the Filter drawer is confusing. We need to rectify this design and eliminate threshold value from Filter drawer and place it at some appropriate place to find out good and bad character assets based on the threshold. This task would involve multiple stakeholders for discussions including designers which can take significant time. We would start working on this as soon as possible. In the meantime, We will also update the documentation accordingly.
