Fix onComp PMs that you did not revert

If you have an on-Comp PM (one that is not using the “Use Target Start?” option) and cancel the Work Order for it , you are asked if you want to reset / revert the PM (depending on the version the wording changes).  If you say no reverting, you break the PM as it still thinks the Work Order is open and it has not reset the next generation criteria (either the next due reading for meter or next due date for calendar).

This PM is in a catch-22 that WOGen says it is not due and it will never generate again.  Why is this considered acceptable?

We opened a ticket with IBM and they told us how to fix the specific PM but that doesn’t address the mistake that was made, the hidden nature of this broken record or any safety issues this might cause.

I heard back from IBM and they said if you picked not to revert what date should we use?  How about right now?  Today...  The next due date / meter should be today's value + the frequency.
