Ability to do Budget Revisions in Budget Monitoring App

Budgets commonly need to be realigned or reallocated due to unplanned activities or funding changes. Today, the only workaround is to duplicate the Budget Monitoring record to make these updates, which resets the process that weakens audit integrity. This approach obscures the distinction between the originally approved budget and subsequent adjustments. Enabling controlled budget revisions through versioning would allow updates without resetting the original approval. This would improve governance, auditability, and transparency between original budgets, revised budgets, and actual spend.
