Hello,
Our users are all complaining about this ergonomic issue : the new "Search More Fields" button (aka "Advanced Search" button) is not hidden (inside the Right Upper Toolbar) even when they dont have the right on this option. When they click on it, they get the frustating message : 
" BMXAA0029E - You are not authorized to perform this action for this record. Contact your system administrator to request changes to your authorization.
"
My wish : we would like Maximo to hide this button when they do not have the right for this option.
