Financial Transaction Recovery Utility

A utility designed to manually send financial transactions to external systems when they fail to trigger outbound from Manage automatically.

Problem Statement: Unlike other transaction types that can be easily resent by updating parent records or exporting data from their source applications, financial transactions (matusetrans, matrectrans, invtrans, labtrans, and other GL transactions) lack a straightforward manual transmission mechanism.

When these transactions fail to flow out of Manage—with no records appearing in the outbound queue or message tracking—they become effectively "missing" from the destination financial system. This creates a gap where there's no evidence that Manage attempted to send them, making it difficult to identify and rectify the issue.

Solution: This utility enables users to quickly identify and manually send financial transactions that failed to trigger due to unforeseen circumstances or error conditions, ensuring data integrity between Manage and external financial systems.
