Add Sequence to domain tables

The ability to sequence or order values in a domain would be useful in cases where end users need to see the values in a different order than the default order by is in a domain.  For instance, using an ALN Domain where values are ordered by numbers (in order by character place) then letters it would allow the sequence to be adjusted as needed.  Example: ALN Domain values '1 - 14', '100 +', '15 - 24', '25 - 49', '50 - 74', '75 - 99', 'None' show up in that order when the desired order is : 'None', '1 - 14', '15 - 24', '25 - 49', '50 - 74', '75 - 99', '100 +'

This can be done with simple customization but I also think this feature should exist by default. Same for "Combobox" component and saved quries.
