Provide a configuration option for numeric/integer fields to automatically reapply locale-based formatting when existing values are modified, rather than only during the initial entry of the value. This option should be available across supported web and mobile interfaces to ensure a consistent user experience.

MAS 9.1 / 9.2

Numeric fields that support integer values automatically apply locale-based formatting during the initial entry of a value. However, when an already formatted value is subsequently edited, the application validates the input but does not automatically reapply formatting. As a result, users can inadvertently create values that no longer conform to the expected locale-specific grouping format (for example, appending a digit to an already formatted number such as 100,000 resulting in 100,0000). The system then generates a validation error rather than automatically reformatting the value.

    Hello Sunil,

I want to distill the behavior down to current vs what you expect with this system property.
Scenario 1: Value is 1,000. User wants to change it to 10,000
Today: User adds a zero and must either delete or move the comma.
Desired: User only needs to add a zero. The comma is automatically moved for them.

Is that correct, and is that the full extent of your request?
