Provide an option to prevent task work orders from being generated from a PM Job Plan

Provide an option or a system parameter to prevent children work orders from being generated for every job plan task on a Preventive Maintenance schedule.  Currently, the PM scheduler cron task (PMWoGenCronTask) creates a parent work order with all the tasks of the PM jop plan listed under Actuals Task for the parent work order.  Then it also creates a child work order under the parent for every task of the job plan.  For instance, a PM has a job plan with 9 tasks.  During the PM generation process,  10 work orders get created. 1 parent that has all the tasks and then 9 children,  one for each task.  We only work on the parent work orders so 1000’s of task work orders get created that we just ignore.  This process wastes time and resources.   There needs to be an option to not generate the task work orders.
