Fully implement Maximo Formulas in Inspection Forms

In MAS Manage 9.2, the long anticipated of formulas in Inspection Forms is a disappointment. For example, the very simple now() function returns a Julian date value (1.7xxxxxxxx) which is rather useless to users. Also the meterval() function, which was the first one I wanted to use to make calculations from an entered meter reading, is stated as "not available in Inspection Forms" error that appears when I try to use it. Best that the full list of Maximo Formulas be supported.
