Provide an option to replicate associated Job Plans and Preventive Maintenance records when transferring an Asset to another Site

This idea is to replicate associated PMs and Job Plans to the destination site to reduce administrative effort and eliminates repetitive manual configuration every time assets are transferred between sites.

The functionality should:

  • Copy all active PMs associated with the asset
  • Copy Job Plans if they do not already exist in the destination site
  • Maintain frequencies, meter settings, seasonal schedules, priorities and work types
  • Allow users to choose whether:
    • replicate only PMs
    • replicate PMs and Job Plans
    • ignore Job Plans already existing in the destination site
    • overwrite or reuse existing Job Plans

The original site's maintenance records would remain unchanged
