Replace hard-coded colors to CSS variable in maximo.css

There are existing CSS variables for theme color in both MAS Core and Maximo Manage but there are many places that colors are hard-coded instead of utilizing CSS variable.

My idea is to replace all hard-coded color to CSS variable so we can customize theme colors with single variable override, such as corporate identity (CI) color.

e.g. #0F62FE -> var(--maximo-menu-light-color)
