Replace hard-coded colors to CSS variable in maximo.css

There are existing CSS variables for theme color in both MAS Core and Maximo Manage but there are many places that colors are hard-coded instead of utilizing CSS variable.

My idea is to replace all hard-coded color to CSS variable so we can customize theme colors with single variable override, such as corporate identity (CI) color.

e.g. #0F62FE -> var(--maximo-menu-light-color)

    Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. Unfortunately, after evaluating this idea, we don’t believe it aligns with our product strategy and roadmap. Therefore, we will not be considering it for inclusion in our product at this time. Thank you again for your feedback.

    We always strive to use variables rather than hard-coded hex values in the code so that the platform is easily maintained, upgraded and extended without discrepancy. However, doing a full scan on the entire platform for hex values is unlikely to be addressed in the short to medium term. These are considered hygiene issues and will occasionally appear accidentally. MAS also uses several different UI frameworks, so a global variable is unlikely to be achieved across the entire platform. If you have specific examples that are particularly painful, you may open an idea with those pain-points and we can consider them on a case-by-case basis.
