Configuration rationale field on key configuration objects

Problem: Workflows, escalations, domains and automation scripts record what was configured but not why. When the implementing consultant or administrator leaves, the reasoning is lost. Successors are then reluctant to modify anything they do not understand, so configurations accumulate and are never simplified.

Proposal: A standard long-description-style “rationale” and “owner” field on workflow processes, escalations, domains and automation scripts, included in configuration export and migration.

Business value: Protects continuity across staff turnover, shortens onboarding for new administrators, and makes future simplification safe enough to attempt.
