Service Provider Labor Pricing Rules -Need an overtime labor rate multiplier that is not tied to Craft Premium Pay Codes

The Customer Agreement > Price Schedules > Pricing Rules for Labor transactions provides a “Calculate price with premium pay code” flag; however, that flag uses the multiplier tied to the Premium Pay Code associated with the Craft.

Customer billings for overtime hours should not be restricted to the premium pay rate associated with the cost of the labor.

Need an additional attribute in the Craft Prices table for setting a Premium Price in addition to the existing (regular) Price.
