Addiotional workflow routing ability on Service Request.

Abbvie Maximo Business would like to request an option of having the ability of routing the workflow on Service Request Module once the task is completed. The reason being after the ADMIN completes the request, there needs to be data verification. Here is the proposal for the additional WF option:

Reported By – Creates the request
Reviewer – Reviews and can Approve/Return
Additional Reviewers – Review and can Approve/Return
Admin – Completes the Request (workflow typically ends, but I would like to add the option for the new step stated below)

WF then routes the request to the Affected Person to review the ADMIN data change. The affected person can either APPROVE or RETURN the request back to the ADMIN. This would capture the esig of the final reviewer of the actual data change. Once the Affected Person approves the changes, the WF will end and the ADMIN can place the SR in a CLOSE status.

Having this additional workflow provides Abbvie to be compliant with all the FMEA policies as during Audit we faced questions on the work verification once the task is completed, since Maximo is critical system we need to be compliant with all the policies. This puts us in a better position during Audits.
