This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thank you for your request. There is currently efforts underway to introduce a query management tool for dashboards in MAS. This will allow for setting access at the security or person group levels. The plans do not include moving to support site level. Delivered currently in 8.11 for Workorders. Expanding to other applications is planned for 2024.
it's will be great if users could pick what request (public) is intresting or not
I would agree with the added flexibility proposed in the comments by Malc22, but this request is necessary in multi-site orgs. We have added it as a customization.
Comments agree with, since they add flexibility to the solution.
I would suggest that the option to restrict the query to only those in the same site as the owner of the query is too restrictive. A better way may be to have an option where the owner of the query can select which sites the query is to be available to.
Many people write these queries to be used over multiple sites by using the logged in users default sited.
Having the option to restrict it to a single site, or make it available to all sites by default would be the way to go.
