PROBLEM :
Mail communication don't trigger if $ symbol is there in ticket long description.
BMXAA0259E - The email cannot be sent. null.

STEPS TO REPLICATE :
1- Open Maximo as maxadmin
2- Go to Service Requests application
3- Ensure you have a SR record with the following text in the Long Description :

Files not transferred as there is Error notified
