PO Revision History should include Deleted Lines

PO Revision History includes lines added and modified with each revision of the PO. However, it does not include PO lines that are deleted with a PO Revision. For a Revision History to be complete it should include Added, Modified and Deleted lines.

This was reported on a case with IBM, and while the level 2 engineer agreed the deleted lines should be included in the revision history, the word from level 3 was that it was not part of the design to include the deleted lines, and a RFE was required to have it changed, even though it appears to be a design oversite.

    Hi.
I understand the request but please expand on the value of having this feature.
Knowing that a line was present could be useful.
How useful would it be if you don't have an explanation as to why the line was removed?

If you can provide more information like this then it will make it easier to attract more votes.
