Maximo Inspections forms - Signing off inspections as additional fields of forms

Add additional section of forms in order to comply with ones of the most important parts of an inspections " Signing off inspections" of the involved person (at least two person/user involved = responsable and supervisor).

    A use case for this is a driver vehicle inspection report. The driver fills out the inspection and signs off. The mechanic needs to sign off that they reviewed the form. The incoming driver of the vehicle also needs to sign off. While we can capture signatures, the form becomes readonly once complete so this process of multiple sign offs by different folks becomes difficult.

    Can we have a way to email the supervisor once inspection is complete and a way for them to legally sign off that the inspection is accurate?

    I have trouble with supporting this when there is an option you can already to capture a signature
