Work Center Service Requests : hide the option "none of the above" displayed by default on each sub-categorie

The request consists in having a way to hide "none of the above" option in Work Center Service Requests. This option is displayed by default but it causes issues in business processes.

    Work Center Service Request has been replaced with the new Role Based Service Request Application starting in version 7.6.1.2. In this newer version we have removed the "None of the above" radio option in sub-categories. Instead if the user does not find the correct sub-category they have the option to click on 'Describe the Request" which is docked at the bottom of the Category/Sub-Category windows.
