Ability to sort follow-up questions on the Describe the Issue screen of Submit a request app in Work Center

System: Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2

Actor: a User is requesting a new feature in Submit a request application in the Work Center.

Description:
When submitting a request using Work Center, the follow-up questions seem to be sorted by the attribute description. Normally this is not an issue if the follow-up questions are short. But if the questions are more than say 12, then it is a little confusing when the questions are not in a specific order.

Classic Maximo SR application utilizes a user configurable sort order which is by TICKETSPEC.DISPLAYSEQUENCE value. It would be nice if Work Center application utilized the existing field to set the sort order of the follow-up questions.
