WO actuals including task actuals

It would be helpful if there were an OOB way to efficiently query for WO actuals including task actuals (using SQL).

    Hi.

    If I understand what you're requesting, there is an easy way to do that. Assuming you're just looking for the Total Costs on the WorkOrder record, you can do the following:

    SELECT WOGroup, SUM(ActLabCost) FROM WorkOrder GROUP BY WOGroup ;

    You can add the other fields (e.g. - ActMatCost, etc.).

    When IsTask is 0, the WOGroup is set to the WONum, but when IsTask is 1, the WOGroup is set to the Parent. The query above will sum up the Actual Cost Totals on a WO and all its Tasks.

    Hope that helps.
