stop/pause the MEA MDB when entering admin mode

Add the capability to automatically switch off the MIF MDB when the administrator puts Maximo servers go into admin mode.

WebSphere 7 allows MDBs to be paused
per application programmatically so it appears there is an API that can be used to provide this functionality.

currently when you switch the Maximo server into Admin mode the continous queue is still enabled.

A consequence of this is that messages will not be handled properly because the relevant cron jobs to process the messages are switched off. all cron jobs are stopped when a server enters admin mode.

This can result in data loss.

Not all Maximo administrators have access to the Websphere console to disable the MDBs there.

Thank you for your submission. At this time there are no plans within the next several releases to introduce this capability.
