Suppress the rich text content of Rich Text Fields on export

Whenever we export records from a table that has rich text content, our external system may or may not be smart enough to process these rich text elements stored within the field.

We need a way to configure this. For instance, to reproduce, export a Service Request with a Long Description. Notice in the xml document generated, all the rich text markup is there. along with a comment. We need a configurable way to suppress this.

This would fix a major problem that we are having at RESO. We need to send the long descriptions down to a Mobile device and then be able to edit it there. The problem is that Mobile does not support rich text so the downloaded data is formatted improperly and is not easily readable by the user and it also cannot be edited.
