The Administrative user email address configured using the mxe.adminEmail email address currently receives all PM Work Order Generation email notifications regardless of whether the PM Options email address is configured per SITE or ORG.
There should be an option to disable or control the types of PM Work Order generation emails (errors, for example) that the mxe.adminEmail address receives. In a large enterprise, this can amount to hundreds of email notifications on a daily basis for a user whose role is not functional where the notification contains no error within.

I think it also makes sense:
1) process in background text say to include something about being notified by e-mail. It is not clear that besides background processing, the checkbox also sends an e-mail
2) the e-mail filled in should be based on the person logged in, to the supervisor, to the workgroup, or lead of the work order. the person logged in may be the supervisor and if you change status, you might want to let your lead know the work order has changed status so they can initiate work.
