Maximo does not notify second user if the same work order is opened and edited by first user

Maximo allows to open the same work order record by two different users and edit at the same time without notifying the second user at the beginning of the edit that the work order being edited is being
modified by another user. This allows both users to continue working on the work order (unknown to each other's edit) until after the attempt is made to save the work order. It is during the save, the message is displayed saying that the work order has been updated by another user and needs to be re-fetched. This causes the second user to lose the edited work.
