Filter the Person Group selections by the role of the field

There can be hundreds of person groups defined in the system, however each person group may have a defined role in the product. For instance, one group might contain Change Approvers, another might contain Change Implementors.

One group might contain Ticket Owners, etc.

The suggestion is to filter these Owner Group selection dialogs based on this "conceptual information" so that only valid group types show up for a given field selection. For example if a Person Group is flagged as a Change Approver, it would never show up when selecting a Owner Group for one of the Implementation Tasks of the Change record.
