Add the ability to duplicate Inventory Usage

When Maximo is used in used for Supply Chain management to support repeating and similar exercises and activities, that utilize repeating shipments with only minor variations, there is a need to be able to duplicate Inventory Usage in the same manner that you can duplicate and edit Purchase Orders and Purchase Requests. This will greatly reduce the amount of time that staff spends entering Inventory Usage and usage lines.

    We have the on going need to send multiple shipments out that are basically the same, with only minor changes to quantity and one or two lines on a shipment. Sense Maximo does not have the ability to duplicate inventory usage documents, we have to create Internal POs, which can be duplicated, then create the inventory usage by selecting the reserved items. This causes excessive steps and also requires the on going use of internal POs that we are trying to move away from.

    At a minimum this capability needs to be added prior to IBM removing the Internal PO capability.
