Ability to add an image to the inspection form itself (Ex. Provide a picture to person performing inspection) within Manage Inspection Forms

Within new Inspection work center, if added to the form, it could provide useful information to the person actually performing the inspection later.

    This idea was delivered as part of 9.1 release. It's now supported adding attachments to questions, that can be used to have images to be used as reference when reporting an inspection.

    Best define ability to add thumbnail to PERSON object(People App) so it can be used across entire product to show user.Similar to Asset app.
