Allow Adding TextArea to Work Center Inspections Forms for Comments Greater Than 255 Characters

The option to add a multiline text field or a textarea would be helpful for true comments functionality in work center inspection forms since the existing Text response field is limited to 255 characters.

When creating new or revising existing inspection forms in Maximo Work Centers, a field can be added for "Text response" and the data entered into that field is written to inspfieldresult.txtresponse. That ALN attribute can have length greater than 255, but the Text response field on the inspection form will never allow more than 255 characters, even if its maxlength property in maximo-text.js is set to a value greater than 255 and deployed in a new maximo-x.war file.
