Automatically remove Report Object Structure Security when the object structure is deleted

It would be helpful if Maximo could automatically remove Report Object Structure Security records when an object structure is deleted.

Currently, if I delete an object structure, the Report Object Structure Security remains intact as an orphan (invalid). Those orphaned security records tend to get messy over time. And it’s confusing if you recreate an ROS (same name) that had security previously, and the old security gets automatically applied to the new ROS. That’s not expected behaviour.
