Support function-based indexes

It would be helpful if Maximo could support function based-indexes. Function based indexes are OOB in databases and are an easy way to pre-compute data for faster performance.

I know IBM's knee-jerk reaction is usually to not support database vendor-specific functionality -- since it needs to be implemented differently for each database. But I think it would be worthwhile & straightforward to support this particular bit of functionality. It's not terribly complicated.

Really, all we're asking is that Maximo not break the indexes when upgrading/patching.
