DB join fields: Improve the ALT+F1 field help

There are fields in Maximo applications that are related to joins. It would be helpful if the ALT+F1 help for those fields could be improved so that it's clearer what the purpose of those fields is (the joins in question are INNER JOINs):

As it stands right now, the ALT+F1 field help for those fields isn't very helpful. We would need to either read whitepapers to get more info, or in the case of the second field mentioned, we'd need to look at the Java code behind the field to get information about what the field actually does.

It would be better if that information was in the ALT+F1 field help instead -- including information about the join type (INNER JOIN).

I think that would be helpful to Maximo admins in the future.
