RELATED IDEAS

Batch-create WOs from selected SRs

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

I have selected multiple SRs in the Service Request list view. I made the selection via the SR-->Maximo Spatial map tab.

For each SR, I want to batch-create a related WO.

It would be helpful if there were an OOB way to do this -- from within the Service Request application.

    Thank you for submitting the RFE, we appreciate your willingness to provide feedback. This functionality exists today in the Supervisor Work Center. Open the Supervisor Work Center and click on the Service Request option. This is only available when security permissions for the user are enabled. See the attached link for more details. https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/maximo-eam-saas?topic=work-reviewing-service-requests
    As we continue to modernize the Maximo user experience and deliver new role based applications for Supervisor we will incorporate this capability in those new experiences.
