RELATED IDEAS

Updates to Classifications should update existing linked Job Plan records

In the Job Plans application, updates to classification attributes on the related Classification record are not updated on existing Job Plans that utilize that classification.


Problem


The problem exists with the utilization of Classifications in the Job Plan application where a change to a Classification ‘template’ is not updating the classification attributes that have been associated with the Job Plan.


This functionality does exist for Assets, Locations, Items (at a minimum, there may be other master data record types).


Additionally, this functionality does work for Non-Rotating Tools and works for Rotating Tools up to the point the tool is associated with an Asset.
