Searching in Inspection Work Center does not return same results as Core when using Hyphen

​Inaccurate results when searching meter with names containing hyphen special character. When searching for meter in core Maximo Meter name field, users will get the exact results returned for meter with names that include special character “hyphen”. In the Manage Inspections application, when a user searches for meter name that includes a special character “hyphen”, user will receive inaccurate records, any records that matches any part of the name separated by hyphen returned making it challenging to find the required record.

    Thank you for your submission. As these functions are moved to the role based applications attention to consistency in search capabilities will be considered.
