Sharing licensees between MAS environments that are on separate networks

We have MAS 8.7 with Manage 8.3 deployed to two Azure Tenants currently Dev and Test and will be deploying to Production shortly. Each Tenant is it's own network and there is no communication between networks which poses a problem when issuing AppPoint licenses to the various Maximo servers as a User that may be logged into Test is consuming 15 App Points as an example and if the same user is logged in to Dev at the same time they consume another 15 AppPoints. This will cause issues for our System Administrators that will likely be in all 3 environments as well Users when we are doing Testing as we would need to make sure we have enough Points in each Environment. There needs to be a better solution to managing AppPoints across more then one OpenShift Cluster.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We do plan on making improvements to AppPoint management across production and non-production instances of MAS.  Our aim is to deliver within the next 12-18 months. Thank you again for your feedback.
