Ability to mass assign ownership in Preventive Maintenance Application

The Preventive Maintenance application has Owner and Owner Group fields. Information from these fields crossover to respective fields in the Work Order. At present, it is very time consuming, if we need to update Owner or Owner Group fields for multiple PM records. This needs to be set one by one for each PM record.

The WO Tracking applications allows user to assign Owner/Owner Group to multiple work orders from the result set and we are requesting similar functionality in the Preventive Maintenance application.

    Thank you for your submission. There are no plans in the next several releases to address this capability and there is a reasonable workaround, although not ideal, to export the data, update the values and import back into the PM object.
