Update launch from KPI Portlet/Related KPI Link - Change from KPI Manager to KPI Viewer

A wide variety of roles may have the KPI Portlet(s) on their Start Center. Often - they may need to drill down/launch to a related KPI as they investigate a KPI's performance. Currently, this launch takes the user to the KPI Manager application. The KPI Manager application has more Administrative capabilities - ex. Setting Security, Defining Target Limits etc - and therefore may not be intended for all Maximo User Roles. The KPI Viewer application provides end user features - including current performance, trends, additional details on KPI definition and log functionality - where users can communicate with each other. Because the KPI Viewer has more end user features - request that the KPI Portlet drilldown - take the user to the KPI Viewer application - instead of the KPI Manager application. This request would also apply to the new Role Based Applications/Dashboards - that may have a drilldown link to a related KPI. The request is that the user would be logged to KPI Viewer application instead of KPI Manager.
