Configurable message format and compression scheme for Maximo's kafka client

Allowing configuration for outbound Kafka messages would benefit users that want to use Maximo's kafka client to publish messages to a kafka broker, which will be then consumed directly by other applications. As far as I understand, Maximo's present kafka client functionality is only considered for Maximo's internal use to asynchronously process outbound messages. Maximo's implementation should also consider cases where kafka is used as an integration platform to other applications. As of now (7.6.1.3) the kafka message is always compressed and in JSON where actual payload is in "payload" attribute. For example, Maximo could allow to publish a message with payload only, uncompressed and in Avro format. With good configuration options, there would not be a need to create custom message processors to Maximo or to the kafka broker.
