Validate Return transactions from workorder

Users that can return inventory from workorders are able to drastically impact the value and the balances of our store by returning items from a workorder that were never actually added and can well exceed the actual cost of the workorder.  Validation should be implement similar to not allow negative balances to ensure that a return is only possible if the work order has an actual cost and should not be able to exceed this cost.  This is a risk from a SOX perspective

Thank you for your submission. Although there is some validity to monitoring what is being returned from a WO, there are use cases that require this to be allowed without validation (any item, any qty regardless). If there are rules that are specifically needed for your organization, we suggest you look to using automation scripting to implement the needed rules.
