Caching should happen on first login to Manage application to avoid the performance issue.

When client login to Manage application few package get downloaded which is require of the login process to complete. This packages takes time to download because of which the login screen rendering for some time which client consider as performance issue. If Manage application cache this packages during first login it will speed up the process for all the subsequent login and we can avoid the performance issue cause because of download. Currently for each login the packages get downloaded which cause the performance issue as there is no caching of this packages is happening. MAS Core team is applying the caching solution to avoid this issue on MAS suite login side and same needs to be implemented for the Manage application.
