Communication Templates for Work Centers

There is a need for a communication template to be created in the Workcenter's module to provide notifications /emails /documents to users and service contractors when Workcenter forms have been completed. Having a communication template developed will assist in sharing documentation to users that may not have access to Maximo but are vested in the data within the program, but require oversight of a contracted service (Example: Janitorial staff and Company Execs).

    Thank you for your submission. At this time there are no plans to further invest in the workcenters as they are being replaced by the role based applications. There should be a way to set up communications through workflow or escalations of the records being processed through the work center that would be a viable option.
