Remove Non-breaking spaces from Excel downloads for true accuracy

Whenever the download to Excel option is used in Maximo the resulting Excel files contains NON-BREAKING SPACE(U+00A0) instead of the value in the database which is SPACE(U+0020).

This means that the values in Excel are not accurate and cause problems when used to populate Maximo from the front end or the values are used in SQL etc.

This error is undetectable to the human eye and can only be detected using something like a Hex editor to make it visible.

Please ensure the downloaded values are identical to the values in the database especially with spaces.
