Issue with E-Signature password not syncing with Maximo (MAS) Password

Currently the E-Signature password does not sync with the Maximo (MAS) Password. This is a serious issue for regulated organizations, like - Pharma industry. We do not wish to have our users go into Maximo to change the E-Signature. This creates extra work for our users and potential regulatory issues for Pharma industry. Please provide a way to sync these 2 passwords.
