Allow multiple Start Centers per Security Group

Ressurecting Idea MASM-I-292 from 2016 for reconsideration...

When setting up a security group, only one Start Center is allowed per group. However, sometimes an extra Start Center is needed for a set of users, which then requires an extra security group to be created just for the purpose of giving an additional Start Center to users. Ideally, a security group should be able to have multiple start centers.

    Thank you for your submission. All future investment around an initial landing page will be with the new Operational Dashboards. Being able to associate multiples with a single security group is part of the current design. Closing this request as it is specific to start centers.
