Tanzu support with MAS

Kubernetes is now the main target deployment technology in Organizations. MAS8 is using OpenShift as Container Platform.

Nevertheless, not all organisations want to use OpenShift, and they already have their own solution like VMWare Tanzu.

We would like IBM to support VMWare Tanzu with MAS 8, and not only OpenShift.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your idea.

While I understand there are several popular kubernetes platforms in market, IBM has chosen to focus on Red Hat Openshift as it's strategic hybrid cloud platform. Openshift provides considerably more control and flexibility than other kube platforms and we believe the overall integration of Linux containers into enterprise development workflows makes it the best choice.
